Program Management System - 20th BCCE - Taking Advantage of Cheap and Free Chemical Information Resources

Symposium Title: Taking Advantage of Cheap and Free Chemical Information Resources
Descrption: Chemistry students need access to information resources to solve problems in the lab, to write lab reports, or to search the literature. If you are a faculty member or librarian from an institution with a small science information resource budget then where do you direct the student to find that information? This symposium will not only focus on free resources, such as government information or compilations on the web, but will also explore resources that are affordable, such as chemical information in general resources your institution may already own or leveraging access to more expensive resources via collaborative purchasing arrangements.
